Eleftheria's story
Eleftheria Pavlou is a Greek-Australian arts professional, composer, and multi-instrumentalist with over 20 years of experience across the creative industries. She specialises in fundraising strategy, business development, and sustainability for independent artists and cultural organisations.
With a background in cultural administration, fundraising, and client strategy, Eleftheria has worked with institutions such as Scottish Opera, the Glasgow School of Art, the University of Glasgow, and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland—equipping her with a sharp understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s creative practitioners.
Her work is grounded in both practical experience and academic insight, combining postgraduate study in Arts and Culture Management with a deep musical foundation shaped by formal training in European and Byzantine traditions. As a freelancer, she remains an active part of Glasgow’s creative community—composing for film, performing as a DJ, and collaborating on multidisciplinary projects.
Through her consulting practice, Techne Independent Arist, Eleftheria supports creatives in building financially resilient, purpose-led careers. Whether you're seeking clarity, funding, or growth, she works with you to develop tailored strategies that honour your artistic vision while strengthening your business foundation.
