Ashley's story:
Offline Editor & Animator

As a neurodivergent, creative editor, I’m a strong problem solver, often thinking outside the box to bring ideas to life. I bring experience from film, TV & online content and deliver projects with passion and flair.

I work with Avid, Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro and Davinci Resolve.

I also work in animation and visual effects using After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.

My recent work includes:

Offline Editor of BBC1s A View From The Terrace for Studio Something.

Animator on Working Differently, a documentary about Neurodivergence in the creative industries commissioned by Bafta & Screen Scotland, produced by Blazing Griffin.

Animator and edit assistant on CBBC's I Won't Stand For It with Tigerlily Two Productions.

Editor and animator of 2 X 14 min docs for BBC Scotland, The Conscious Closet and Spilling the Black Tea.

PD and editor on Bad People Podcast for BBC Sounds.

Animator for POWA Scotland's welcome video

I was also recently commissioned by GMAC Film to create a short documentary through their Little Pictures program. This is currently in post-production.

My previous documentaries, my showreel and my other work can be found on my website.
