Erika's story

I am an offline editor with thirteen years experience.

Having started my career editing commercial content, TV adverts and music videos, the past five years I increasingly focused on documentaries. 

Editing documentaries combines my passion for narrative and storytelling with the craft of finding rhythm and compelling aesthetics. 

My recent work has been seen by audiences internationally, including feature showcases at festivals such as Kendal Film Festival, Cape Town Film Festival, Woodpecker International Film Festival, Tampere Film Festival and Glasgow Film Festival. 

I worked for BBC and STV, both on standalone documentaries and weekly, nationally aired series.
