Geraldine's story

I create and partake in collaborative exploration with enthusiasm and hope. I think the arts offer other ways of exploring the world we live in. I believe creatively sharing ideas and experiences is an important part of enriching my life and the lives of those I share with. I work primarily with film and video. I am interested and experienced in live performance, music, theatre, visual art, participation projects and the creative possibilities of access in my work.

Key Recent Freelance Film Projects

PUSH EU – Creative Europe Funded Collaboration
Participating Artist and Filmmaker on a 2-year collaboration between 5 organisations, with a focus on young people, from Scotland, Ireland, Belgium, Norway and Denmark.

Eleven – Glas(s) Performance 
Commissioned to create short film in collaboration with 11 year old Isaac Clark O'Malley and Phillipa Clark, documenting a year in the life of a boy and his mother.

Sensatronic Lab/Soundplay Dome – Sense Scotland
Commissioned to create short film showing the exploration and development of an innovative music project, using digital music technology to create instruments for people who have barriers to traditional instruments.

Move and Make Documentation - Starcatchers
Short film exploring the role of listening and watching in evaluative projects for children and young people and how adults sometimes forget that.
