Lindy's story
I come from the North of Scotland and happily I live back up here now. I came into the industry with the help of the C4 franchised workshop sector, specifically the Women's Unit @ Edinburgh Film Workshop in the mid 80's. I then went through the training scheme run by the Scottish Film Training Trust, eventually becoming an assistant film editor, then editor. I formed a production company with my partner and we moved home to the Highlands, where we went on to make many hours of tv and film, and collect a few awards along the way. More info in my linkdin profile. Whilst I am currently now running Move on Up and working as a producer in development, and collaborating with other producers on several projects, I still like to keep my hand in editing wise - it was my first love after all! Recent editing credits include Bafta nominated Criptales for BBC 4 and Rigs of Nigg for BBC Scotland
