Sandra has twenty plus years of industry experience – 10 years at Dartmouth Films, London, as Head of Production, Line Producer on the twelve feature docs made during that time, and Series Producer for three years of a weekly current affairs/arts programme called “The World Today with Tariq Ali” for a N&CA streamer.  They also worked for 10 years at FulcrumTV as Head of Production and Production Manager on literally 100s of hours of broadcast content. 

They set up Sandslate Films in 2023 to collaborate with directors who have creative and engaging feature doc ideas, to support the endeavours of first time directors, and to help grow Scotland’s feature doc landscape. They have a slate of films currently in either development or production, with DOPPELGANGERS3 being first out of the blocks with its premiere at SXSW (March 2024).
